The Basics
The Holiday Market will take place December 11–13, 2026, in Chelsea, New York City. The exact address will be included in your order confirmation email.
For VIP Shopping Hours tickets, please arrive between 9am and 11am on Friday for early access to shop the Market.
For General Admission tickets, sessions are organized by date (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) and timed entry (day or evening). Please arrive at the Market during your selected session. If you purchased a program add-on for Friday, check-in for the program will be inside the Market.
Weekend tickets include one entry on Saturday and one entry on Sunday, at the time of your choosing.

Tickets and Entry
Your ticket and check-in QR code will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Yes. You may purchase up to two tickets per order. If you purchase a ticket for someone else, you must either arrive together or send them their ticket before the event. For a bigger group, send them the link so everyone purchases their own ticket and entry time.
Come anyway! You may still attend if you arrive after your session begins. If your session has ended, admission will depend on capacity and may require a wait.
Single Session tickets include one entry during the designated session. Re-entry is not permitted.
Tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be moved to another session. If an emergency prevents you from attending, email eventsupport@shopmy.us at least 48 hours before your session. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee an exception.
Visiting the Market
There is no coat check or bag storage. Bags may not exceed 12 × 6 × 12 inches, and all bags are subject to inspection at the entrance.
Only service animals are permitted inside the Market.
Children under 10 do not need a ticket to attend the Market, with a limit of two children per guest. All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and personal care assistants may enter at no charge. Please email eventsupport@shopmy.us before your visit if you require assistance or accommodations.
Coffee and alcoholic beverages will be served. Guests must present a valid photo ID showing they are 21 or older to consume alcohol. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
The Market has been beautifully constructed with the intention of being photographed, and by coming you're consenting to appear. You are welcome to take your own photographs as well.
Shopping
No. Cash and checks will not be accepted at the Market.
All purchases are final. Any exception is at the discretion of the brand, so please contact the brand’s customer support team directly.
